Welcome to the Sweet Home Inspections, Inc. website! We are a property inspection company that believes in doing business with the old-fashioned values of Honesty, Integrity, and Expertise, using the best of the latest technology and methodology to give you an outstanding inspection.

We Offer Great Value

Our most popular service, and best value, is a Whole House Inspection (WHI) based on the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). A WHI will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components. More...

In addition to a WHI, we offer many other testing services such as Termite Inspections and Radon Testing that can help you feel even better and safer about your new home purchase.

We Believe in Relationships

As our client, we can be your resource for advice in the future too. Our services don't stop after the inspection is over. Any time you have questions or concerns about your home or property, we're available to answer them for you or help you find a specialist. We'll provide unbiased recommendations and advice you can trust.

A recent review of the "Home Inspector" section of the yellow pages, found that many of the companies listed were no longer in business. Sweet Home Inspections, Inc. has been helping our clients make one of the most important decision of their lives for over 10 years. With thousands of satisfied customers that continue to refer us, we will be helping our neighbors for many years to come and will be here when you need us.

The Sweet Home Difference

Sweet Home Inspections, Inc. has been performing inspections since 2000. From day one we have provided a computer generated, narrative inspection with pictures that is fully complient with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethic of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Our company protects you by being fully covered with Errors and Omission Insuranace as well as liability Insurance. And our inspectors are required to have a minumum of 40 continuing education credits per year.

While cost is always a consideration in most of the things we do, we are not the cheapest inspection company out there nor do we try to be. There are many inspectors in this area that are not full time, do not have insurance, do not belong to national associations or invest in continuing education. The old saying "You Get What You Pay For" is very true when it comes to home inspections. Our main goal is to make sure that you have the best inspection for the money you pay; our clients have found that it has been more than worth it.
